1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using 1Rank services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use 1Rank. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Service Credit and Payments
Funds credited to your 1Rank account are service credit for eligible 1Rank services, renewals, and add-ons. Ledger records are the operational source of truth for deposits, purchases, renewals, credits, debits, and refunds.
4. Service Delivery
SEO outcomes depend on search engines, competitor activity, technical site quality, and content quality. 1Rank works to improve ranking signals but does not guarantee a specific ranking position.
5. 1Rank Robot and Credential Handling
- Activation credentials are encrypted before storage.
- Authorized admins may decrypt them only for activation work.
- Credentials can be cleared from the activation panel after use.
- You should re-enable two-factor authentication after activation completes.
6. Refunds
Refunds are reviewed by the operator and, when approved, are returned as account service credit unless a separate written arrangement applies.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use 1Rank for fraud, unlawful activity, laundering, spam, abuse, or malicious SEO activity against third-party websites.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 1Rank after changes constitutes acceptance.
