  • Service credit data: transaction IDs, amounts, statuses, and account credit changes.
  • Service data: website URLs, activation requests, subscription dates, and Google Search Console mappings.
  • Activation credentials: encrypted credential payloads used for Robot activation work.
  • Security data: IP addresses, login attempts, session records, audit logs, and rate-limit records.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use information to operate accounts, deliver services, process service-credit activity, send transactional email, secure the platform, and show customer dashboard signals.

3. Credential Handling

  • Credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
  • Credentials are displayed only to authorized admins during activation work.
  • Credentials are not emailed as plaintext.
  • Admin actions around credential viewing and clearing are audited without recording secrets.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data. Operational providers may process data for hosting, email delivery, payment handling, and Google Search Console reporting.

5. Data Retention

Account, service, service-credit, and audit records are retained as needed for operational integrity, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
